About Our Mission

Building a brighter future for every child in Atlanta.

Our Story & Strategy

1. The Need & Evidence

In Atlanta, over 25% of children live in households below the poverty line. Research shows that financial barriers are the primary reason for school dropouts and limited educational attainment. MSSN addresses this by providing direct tuition support and educational resources, backed by local data showing a 15% increase in graduation rates for supported students.

2. Core Mission

To provide underprivileged children with the financial and educational resources necessary to achieve academic success and break the cycle of poverty.

3. Long-term Vision

In 10 years, we envision a community where every child has access to quality education, regardless of their socioeconomic status, leading to a more equitable and prosperous society.

4. SMART Goals (1-3 Years)

  • Provide tuition assistance to 200 additional students by 2027.
  • Establish 3 new community learning centers in high-need areas within 24 months.
  • Increase volunteer participation by 50% through local outreach programs.

5. Beneficiaries

Primary: Children from low-income families in the Atlanta area. Secondary: Local schools and the broader community who benefit from increased educational attainment and reduced poverty rates.
